Tower Leg Ground Straps    

APPLICATION: Guyed or Self-Supporting Towers

DESCRIPTION: These tower leg ground straps are designed to supplement and upgrade your existing low-resistance tower grounding with a low-impedance path to ground for high frequency transients produced by lightning strikes to and near your tower. The strap is tin plated to minimize dissimilar metal corrosion. All clamps (included in kit) are stainless steel. Straps are field coated with anti-oxidant for additional protection. 8' long grounding conductor is brazed to strap for low-impedance transition. 

NOTE: Standard ground conductor is #2 solid bare tinned copper

DESCRIPTION: 3 each 4" straps, 1 tube of
No-Ox,  3 MP Band Straps according to tower size.

NOTE: Strap size for Monopole towers...
C = 3.14 x dia.

NOTE: Standard ground conductor is 12' of #2 solid bare tinned copper.
